There’s really nothing much to say. Asus has a good streak of M/V-Pro series motherboards so far- as you would and should expect from a Tier 1 manufacturer.  On a personal note, it would be best if the 8th SATA is kept as SATA port rather than eSATA. The colouring of the USB Charger+ and BIOS Flashback would be more useful. While we’re at it, having a BIOS Flashback button on the rear I/O makes a lot more sense than having it on the PCB. It saves one to make an effort to open the sidepanel just to flash the bios. The PCI slots are distributed properly, and the motherboard has  4 pin headers. With that being said, I also hope to see ‘SSD Secure Erase’ option on any motherboard manufacturer’s UEFI, just like in Maximus VI Extreme/ Formula/ HERO.
