Don't you think you'll need a fan filter?

MFD are more easy to handle than Plywood.. and gives better finishing.

ply wood is a stronger though. small builds its okay to go mdf. btw what is mdf called in india, can you get it from the same place as plywood?

Locally mfd is called Hard Board.
And as per your build .. MFD may not serve equally strong.

You may need to add some metallic frame.

yes. thats why i went plywood. hard stuff. i think i might use some 90degree angles like you did for extra sopports.

But finishing with Plywood is not very good.
Aluminium angle will do the job perfect. Light weight and strong.

How about covering the case outside with vinyl ?

yours or mine? yours will look good. but i think you should scrub off the paint first atleast partially for better adhesion.

i will be going for the dull vintage stained wood texture, if you check the worklog, i have posted a sample.

btw, did you use plain sandpaper and sweat to give the curve at the corners? or did you use some kind of tool?

First i used a file and than sandpaper is used to smooth the curve.

nice work. i am thinking of cutting a quadrant onto some scrap pieces, sticking standpaper to it and using that to get the curve.
