Rakesh quick question, are you good with mechanism? I need help with a locking mechanism of a case. Dunno how to explain but i want something like a table drawer which you can pull out to open or push in to lock it. That would require a pretty huge space so I want to use some alu bars which can minimize the need for space.
Do you think that's possible to make one for a case?

Cant understood what you are looking for.
What type of push pull mechanism you are looking for and what's the whole idea.? What pull-able mobo tray or side panel or front panel or any thing else in your case?

Please provide a full description of your project.. Will try my best to help you if I can.

Push-pull in a pretty curve design but only the sides. Not the mobo tray, this will be fixed. I'll post in detail after I'm done with the sketching (pencil sketch btw, not 3D rendering). Even the sketching idea is still rough in my head. I'm a newbie so its hard as a first timer, not gonna lie. BTW do you think that a 1800W heatgun would be able to bend 1mm alu sheet and 3mm acrylic effectively? My concept is kind of round in shape. I asked some friends but they told me to get a professional help but if I do that it wont be my own work+expenses and some other reasons. :S

PS: My stuff from amazon are still on the way. Will order the other materials by end of next week. Cant do anything without the tools anyway.
    PS2: cookies enabled? :O

Lets first see you pencil sketch than we will discuss more.
Second you can't bend Aluminium sheet using heat. Only Plastic or co related materials can be bend using heat.

For alu sheet you have to use mechanical sheet bender or use big wooden blocks and plastic hammer to bend. This can easily be done at any iron workshop.

Can they bend it in curve? I wonder where I would find this workshop.
Any other alternative other than alu? Hard styrofoam? I can stick them and make it into a single12' thick foam and then cut and sand it from the middle. :p
I've attached an image. I didnt know that there were so many types of foam. What shall i choose?
