A good thing about this entry-level gaming or a general-purpose PC is that sometime in the future, you can always slap in a graphics card in the distant future or play older games at 1080p. Since popular titles like Player Unknown’s Battleground gets optimized to get in more players, the AMD Ryzen 3 3200G is in a good place.

Ryzen 3 2200G Vs. Ryzen 3 3200G Vs. Ryzen 5 2600
Ryzen 3 3200G is a major up over the 2200G. Apart from the Zen+ architecture, Unfortunately, it uses the same Vega 8 on-chip graphics. This is summed up properly by LowSpecGamer. If you play 720p on CPU-bound games, The Ryzen 3 3200G does a better job. 720p/1080 low setting gaming on the older game with an APU is really something. The trickle-down system in technology is a real thing, unlike rickle-down economics.
The decision to pick up the Ryzen 3 3200G over the 2600 is just the on-chips graphics. If you are considering the Ryzen 5 2600 with a graphics card, might as well read this guide.

A good B360 motherboard- dime a dozen!
I would have loved to pick up the Intel Core i5-9400 if it was cheaper or had better on-chip graphics for entry-level gaming. Mostly this is because of the Intel 360 motherboard options. Most Intel 360 chipset motherboards have two DIMM slots with no USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C on the rear I/O. With this, I did shortlist the ASROCK B360M Pro-4 and the GIGABYTE B360M DS3H but the availability is an issue at the time of writing. And why wouldn’t it be? For the price, you’re getting what you want it to have. And with a little bit of a current-generation standard such as Type-C Gen 2, M.2 slot and 4-slots for future RAM upgrades, these three motherboard options are incredible ones to pick up for the Intel Core i3-9100 or i5-9400.
