Nvidia outs GeForce 431.60 WHQL driver for Wolfenstein Young Blood

With the new RTX Super series graphics card and the upcoming game, Nvidia releases the 431.60 Game-Ready WHQL with newer game optimizations and several additions. One of the highlighted games is the support for Wolfenstein Young Blood. The game is releasing on the July 25th, 2019 (IST). The game is listed on Steam for pre-purchase. NVIDIA also released RTX 2080 Super graphics card now.

The PC requirements for the game are as follows:

Minimum:

Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Win7, 8.1, or 10 (64-Bit versions)
Processor: AMD FX-8350/Ryzen 5 1400 or Intel Core i5-3570/i7-3770
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: Nvidia GTX 770 4GB (Current available GPU GTX1650) or AMD equivalent
Storage: 40 GB available space

Recommended:

Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Win7, 8.1, or 10 64-Bit
Processor: AMD FX-9370/Ryzen 5 1600X or Intel Core i7-4770
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Graphics: Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB (Current available GPU RTX2060) or AMD equivalent
Storage: 40 GB available space

Wolfenstein Youngblood released on July 26th on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 and on July 25th on PC

Changes and Fixed Issues in Version 431.60

The following sections list the important changes and the most common issues resolved in this version. This list is only a subset of the total number of changes made in this driver version. The NVIDIA bug number is provided for reference.

Fixed Issues in this Release 

– [SLI][GeForce GTX 1080][Notebook]: The display flickers when using SLI. [2622166] – [World of Warcraft Battle for Azeroth]: Terrain and icons flicker randomly in the game. [2633205] – HDR option is missing from the Windows Control Panel. [200534450]

Open Issues in Version 431.60 WHQL 

As with every released driver, version 431.60 WHQL of the Release 430 driver has open issues and enhancement requests associated with it. This section includes lists of issues that are either not fixed or not implemented in this version. Some problems listed may not have been thoroughly investigated and, in fact, may not be NVIDIA issues. Others may have workaround solutions.

For notebook computers, issues can be system-specific and may not be seen in your particular notebook. 

Windows 10 Issues 

– [NVIDIA Control Panel]: When the 3D Settings page->Vertical Sync setting is set to Adaptive Sync (half refresh rate), V-Sync works only at the native refresh rate after rebooting the system. [2543187] – [Tom Clancy’s The Division II]: The game may crash when played in DirectX 12 mode. [2587043/200406322] – [Mortal Kombat 11]: Random white and green flickering occur in the game.[2599980] – Mouse cursor may not render correctly after exiting a game. [2645203]
