Long made short, Zotac Premium 240GB SSD is a good drive. There’s little to nothing to complain about, other than the point that SanDisk Extreme Pro 240GB has benefits over certain heavy content creation workload followed by 5-years warranty support. But for most type of users, they’ll be happy with Zotac Premium Edition 240GB solid-state drive. For such people, this would be one of the drives they’ll shortlist.

If you’re a notebook user that has more than 7mm thick HDD cage, you’ll need to get a spacer. Practically ever SSD maker that I’ve checked out so far does provide one, even with budget variants. But with the US $65 price tag, it’s nice to see larger storage based SSDs with good performance are getting cheaper every time.

  • Good Write Performance
  • Excellent Access speed
  • Lack of accessories
  • Performance with heavier content creation
