Two ZBox units- PI225 and MI553 Mini PC Systems!
ZOTAC made two new ZBoxes based on the Pico form factor using the Intel N3350 dual-core CPU the PI225 and the Kaby Lake-based 5 7300HQ MI553. The specs are as follows
The PI225 is meant to a compact, slim and passively cooled mini PC with no moving parts. While did not list any HDD or Msata or M.2 in it, it has a 32GB onboard eMMC storage. It does have a storage card support for SDHC and SDXC. It has an internal WiFi AC and Bluetooth 4.2 support with 2 USB 3.0 Type C and an HDMI port.
The MI553 is a more relatable. There seem to be 5 SKUs for respective regions, but its based on the i7 7300U with two SO-DIMM slots supporting up to 32GB 2400 MHz, the onboard Intel HD 630 graphics with DisplayPort and HDMI outputs, a SATA III internal slot, 1 M.2 2242 slot support AND 1 more M.2 2280 NVMe M.2 SSD and Optane support. It does have an SD/SDHC/SDXC card reader along with a Type C Gen 2 and 3x Type A gen 2 support with 802.11 AC WiFi + BT 4.2 support. The stand out feature is the Thunderbolt 3 port.
