Zotac releases a USB 3.0 to HDMI adapter. Credits to the bandwidth potential that USB 3.0 offers, this adapter officially supports 1920×1200 and 6-channel digital audio.
It uses the chip from DisplayLink, although it is not clear which one they are using. But Zotac did say that it compresses visual data in real-time for maximum efficiency and a lag-free display output.
